“Golden Heart” annual conference

This would be the central event in the area of Christian music culture and motivation for further development and professional growth of Christian musicians. The goal of the conference is to gather all active and influential forces in this area to get acquainted with them and to establish business contacts. The conference determines overall condition of Christian music world sets the mark and perspectives of its development and also exercises educational functions through seminars and master classes. At closing a ceremony of award presentation in the area of Christian music in different nominations takes place. This is “Golden Heart” – very encouraging event both for participants and for the spectators.

This conference will gather together people ready to share their professionalism and priceless experience with rookies. There will be people that hold on to high spiritual standards and Christian values and desire to influence culture of their society and countries. There will be famous musicians, composers, producers, filmmakers, businessmen and professionals from other areas and also real judges of music. All participants will be able to share about their projects, establish business contacts or partner relations and receive professional information in their area of interest.
The culmination point of the vent will be award presentation “Golden Heart” that will be given to people who by their oeuvre and projects made a contribution into Christian music culture.
The winners will be chosen by the spectators (by text message voting) and also by a judges of the contest made of public figures of music culture, the professionals of their area that already deserve honor from the spectators. The nominations will include: the best author of a project; the best producer; the best performer; the best choreographer; the best clip maker. Voting for each of the nominations will be done by a jury made of people related to the area (for example, musicians will vote for a musician, producers will vote for a producer, etc.).

Awarding the winners is not our main goal (although we will not deny it is very pleasing to give and receive gifts). Our goal is to move Christian art on a new level. It may sound like high-sounding words but nevertheless nobody will argue that time of boys with guitars that flooded our stages 5 or 7 years ago is over. Yes they had fire in their eyes and great motivation, yes they had Gods Word in their mind but this is not enough. And this is not their problem only – the listener changed. And competition in this area is not evil but only struggle for the best fulfillment of listeners’ needs and desires.

Professionals should step up on the market of Christian music and they will establish quality standards in Christian music area. The goal of “Golden Heart” event is to become a launching pad for these people and to offer them our support.
